Associate Commercial Manager – Rail in Bristol, Gloucestershire

Conrad Consulting is looking for an Associate Commercial Manager to support a major rail and transport client in Bristol.

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to contribute to the commercial management of rail infrastructure work within a complex delivery environment.

The Role

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting commercial management across rail projects.
• Monitoring costs, contractual obligations and commercial performance.
• Assisting with contract administration and change management.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supporting reporting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Working with project teams and stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.
• Ensuring appropriate commercial processes and records are maintained.

About You

You will have:

• Commercial management experience within rail, transport or infrastructure.
• A sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive approach to commercial risk and problem-solving.
