Associate Director Building Surveyor
Brandon James
Shape the next stage of a London building consultancy rather than inherit a fixed corporate brief. This Associate Director Building Surveyor role combines delivery, leadership and genuine influence over growth.
The successful Associate Director Building Surveyor will join an independent commercial practice with a loyal client base across investors, developers, landlords and occupiers. The team is profitable, technically respected and deliberately lean, leaving room for a senior hire to make visible decisions and build their own market presence.
The Associate Director Building Surveyor Role
The Associate Director Building Surveyor will lead project and professional instructions, manage key clients and support a small team of surveyors. You will remain close to delivery while taking responsibility for fee forecasting, workload planning and the development of new opportunities.
This is a strong option for someone who has reached the limit of a large consultancy structure and wants a more direct route to Director, without sacrificing quality clients or technically interesting work.
The team is selective about the work it takes on, placing emphasis on clear advice, sensible workloads and long-term client relationships.
