As part of our continued growth, we are investing in a dedicated Data Centre division and are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead its development.

This is an opportunity to build a specialist business within an established consultancy, with the support, infrastructure and client network already in place.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven 360 recruitment professional who wants more than simply managing an existing desk.

You will take ownership of establishing and growing our Data Centre division, developing new client relationships while leveraging our existing network across construction, engineering and the built environment.

This role offers genuine autonomy to shape your market, build your own brand within the sector and play a key role in the long-term growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Empire Partnership's Data Centre recruitment division.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultancies, developers, operators and end clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development.
• Maximise opportunities from existing client relationships across the wider business.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.
• Build and maintain a high-quality network of Data Centre professionals.
• Deliver permanent and contract recruitment solutions.
• Develop market intelligence and become recognised as a specialist within your sector.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to develop the division's growth strategy.
• Play a key role in future team growth and leadership as the division expands.

You'll likely have:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant or Team Leader.
• A strong track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience recruiting within Data Centres, Construction, Engineering, M&E, Building Services or a closely related technical market.
• A commercial mindset with the confidence to develop new opportunities.
• A genuine growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High levels of professionalism, accountability and self-motivation.
