• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align people strategies with business goals.

Profile

• Strong experience in human resources, particularly in M&A.
• A solid understanding of organisational design and workforce planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A relevant qualification in human resources, business, or a related field.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £90,000 to £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• £5,000 car allowance.
• Permanent position based in London.
