The Team & Focus of the Role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of service delivery across a varied portfolio of complex commercial properties in London and the Southeast. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality services, strengthening client relationships and driving continuous improvement across each site.
Based in the City of London, the role will combine time at our London office with regular visits to client sites across the Southeast.
You will lead FM contract delivery from mobilisation and onboarding through to day-to-day service performance and longer-term contract development. Working in partnership with the Property Manager for each site, you will ensure services are safe, compliant, commercially effective and consistently meet client expectations.
We would welcome applications from experienced Facilities Managers, Contract Managers, Hard FM Managers or Technical FM professionals who bring strong client management skills and sound knowledge of M&E maintenance, compliance and building services. Experience of soft services would also be an advantage.

Duties will include:
- Act as contractor contact for allocated properties
- Build and maintain strong contractor and tenant relationships
- Produce and present monthly performance reports using the company Vantify platform
- Support property management contract retention through strong service delivery and client engagement
- Coordinate service providers, onsite staff and subcontractors
- Monitor PPM completion, reactive response times and SLA performance
- Ensure Safe Systems of Work, permits, RAMS and relevant site documentation are applied
- Support the resolution of service failures, complaints and escalations
- Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding and ongoing management of contractors
- Track remedial works, variations and additional service opportunities
- Liaise with other Fisher German teams on major works projects
- Contribute to the retention and development of existing maintenance contracts
- Compile and analyse KPI and performance data
- Ensure statutory compliance together with client contractual requirements using Vantify Risk Manager
The successful candidate will have...
- Proven experience managing maintenance or facilities management contracts
- Experience managing contracts against KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements
- Previous involvement in mobilisation, onboarding or contract transitions
- Good working knowledge of Hard FM and M&E maintenance
- Experience of using Property Management software and Microsoft packages
- Proactive when identifying improvements and solutions for clients
- Full UK Driving Licence
