Associate People Partner (Interim 3-Month Contract)
The Bukola Group is partnering with a well known public sector organisation to recruit an experienced Associate People Partner on a 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded HR professional who enjoys balancing hands-on employee relations work with strategic business partnering. You'll work closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice, coaching managers, supporting organisational change initiatives and helping to deliver an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with managers and leaders to provide proactive HR advice and support.
- Managing employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters.
- Coaching managers on people management best practice and employment legislation.
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and talent initiatives.
- Analysing HR metrics, identifying trends and providing practical recommendations.
- Supporting organisational change projects, restructures and workforce planning activities.
- Working collaboratively across the wider People & Culture function to deliver key people objectives.
- Building effective stakeholder relationships and helping drive a positive employee experience.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced HR professional with:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end employee relations casework.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience advising and influencing managers at varying levels of seniority.
- The ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting recruitment, workforce planning and people initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent experience preferred).
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and strong problem-solving capability.
Desirable
- Exposure to organisational change, restructuring or project work.
- Experience working with Trade Unions.
- Experience within the public sector, or not-for-profit environments.
