Associate Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor
This client-facing role combines project delivery, cost consultancy and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will support office growth while progressing towards future team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead private sector project management and cost consultancy commissions
- Deliver projects from inception through completion
- Develop new client relationships across Birmingham and the West Midlands
- Support office growth, profitability and business planning objectives
- Report project and business performance to the Team Leader
Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Two to five years' post-qualification consultancy experience
- Experience delivering both quantity surveying and project management services
- Strong private sector project leadership experience
- Established Birmingham and West Midlands market knowledge with business development experience
Salary & Package
- £70,000–£85,000 salary
- Annual profit share after 12 months
