This is an opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of major Data Centre projects as well as some Infrastructure, Residential and Mixed-Use developments, while working closely with senior leadership and helping shape the future growth of the business.
What you'll do
- Lead cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy.
- Manage valuations, cost reporting, change control and contracts.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients on high-value projects.
- Mentor and develop junior surveyors.
- Support business development and client growth.
- Proven experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong pre and post-contract expertise.
- MRICS qualified, or working towards chartership.
- Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills.
- Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative approach.
- Up to £85,000 salary, bonus and benefits.
- Work on some of the UK's most complex and innovative developments.
- Clear progression towards Director-level responsibility.
