Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Truro, Cornwall | Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE: £30-35,000+ in first year

We're on the lookout for ambitious, driven individuals who want to get into the world of 360 recruitment! 6-12+ months sales experience or 180 recruitment is desirable but not essential, progression in other industries such as hospitality are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
• Growing your niche market within engineering, or technology
• Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
• Working towards clear targets
