We're looking for two driven graduates to join one of the most exciting and fastest-growing teams within LHi Group, specialising in the AI and Software Engineering market across Germany. You'll be joining a team led by Josh, a recruitment specialist who spent over 10 years successfully recruiting within the German software engineering market. Having built an exceptional reputation in the sector and achieved multi-million-pound billing success, Josh joined LHi Group because he saw a proven blueprint for scaling high-performing teams.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with AI and Software Engineering professionals and partnering with innovative businesses across Germany.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Business development and client relationship management
• Candidate sourcing and networking
• Market mapping and talent engagement
• Interview management and offer negotiation
• Building your own specialist market and personal brand

The German market offers excellent earning potential, creating strong opportunities for commission and career growth.

German language skills would be a bonus but are not essential.
