  • Ensure monitoring equipment, testing materials, and consumables are properly maintained, stocked, and prepared for use.

  • Adhere strictly to GLP and GMP requirements across all monitoring duties.

Documentation & Record Management

  • Compile operational data for routine compliance summaries, technical reports, and team presentations.

  • Identify data trends or discrepancies and communicate findings clearly to line management.

Quality, Safety & Administrative Support

  • Maintain full compliance with site Quality Systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) regulations.

  • Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives by preparing required documentation.

  • Provide day-to-day departmental support, including stock inventory control, order raising, and activity scheduling.

Key Requirements & Experience

  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles within a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment.

  • Systems Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with electronic quality or database systems.

  • Data Integrity & Precision: Outstanding attention to detail with strong record-keeping, trend analysis, and document review skills.

  • Organization & Collaboration: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize routine sampling tasks, work effectively in cross-functional teams, and follow strict protocols consistently.

Why Apply?

This contract position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on quality and environmental monitoring experience within a highly regulated manufacturing site, developing core skills in GMP compliance, data integrity, and laboratory operations.
