Associate / Senior Associate Commercial Manager – Water in Central London

Conrad Consulting is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager at Associate or Senior Associate level to support major water-sector programmes.

This opportunity will suit a commercially experienced professional with substantial NEC expertise and a particular strength in contract formation and procurement strategy.

You will contribute to commercial strategy and contractual arrangements, supporting the development and implementation of contracts across complex projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting contract formation and the development of contractual arrangements.
• Advising on NEC contract mechanisms and commercial risk.
• Working with project teams to develop robust commercial strategies.
• Supporting procurement, tendering and contract negotiations.
• Identifying and managing contractual risks and opportunities.
• Providing commercial advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting effective contract administration and change management.

You will have:

• Approximately 10 years of NEC experience.
• Strong commercial management and contract formation experience.
• Experience working within complex programmes or infrastructure projects.
• Water-sector experience, ideally.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and analytical skills.

London-based, with an expectation of working at the client office or site one to two days per week.
