AV PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Are you an experienced AV Project Manager with a background delivering high end residential integration projects?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Audio Visual integrator specialising in luxury smart homes, bespoke entertainment spaces, and advanced residential technology solutions.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing AV integration projects and a strong understanding of systems including home cinema, multi room audio, video distribution, control systems, lighting, networking, and smart home automation.

This is not a general construction or IT Project Manager role. Candidates must have previous experience within the AV integration industry to be considered, preferrably Residential AV/Home Automation.

The Role

As an AV Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple high end residential projects from initial design through to final handover.

Working closely with clients, designers, engineers, programmers, architects, and contractors, you will ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards, on schedule and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing end to end AV and smart home integration projects from planning through to completion
* Working with clients to understand requirements and deliver bespoke technology solutions
* Creating project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource schedules
* Coordinating AV engineers, programmers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Overseeing installation and delivery of integrated systems including Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, KNX and similar platforms
* Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and resolving issues proactively
* Running client meetings and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
* Managing procurement, budgets, quality standards, and project documentation
* Ensuring smooth commissioning, testing, and handover of completed systems

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience as an AV Project Manager within an AV integration environment
* Strong understanding of high end residential AV, smart home, or luxury automation projects
* Technical knowledge of integrated AV systems including audio, video, home cinema, control, lighting, networking, and automation
* Experience managing engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and client expectations
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Confident communication skills with the ability to work with high profile residential clients
* A proactive, solutions focused approach with strong attention to detail

Industry qualifications such as CEDIA, Prince2, PMP, Agile or similar are beneficial but not essential.
