Audit Client Manager, with a genuine route to RI and Director

- An established, independent firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Shrewsbury and Telford, and a strong name across Shropshire and the wider region.
- Around 90 people. Big enough for varied, interesting work, small enough that you're a person and not a number.

The role
- Lead audits end to end, owning your assignments from planning through to completion.
- Take on a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses across a real mix of sectors, including some larger, meatier clients.
- Be the trusted point of contact your clients actually call, building relationships that last.
- Supervise, mentor and review the seniors and trainees, and bring the next generation on.
- Work closely with the Partners on technical matters and on growing the client base.
- Reporting to the Audit Manager, with the room and the backing to step up.
