Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Salary: £65,000 – 75,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are working on behalf of a highly respected independent accountancy and advisory firm to recruit an Audit Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit professional looking for a varied role, strong client exposure and genuine career progression.
The role:
- Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage, mentor and develop junior team members
- Review audit work and ensure high-quality delivery
- Work closely with Partners and wider advisory teams
- Identify opportunities to support clients with wider services
About you:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Experienced Audit Manager or strong Assistant Audit Manager
- Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge
- Confident managing clients and teams
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and keen to progress
