The Role
As an Auto Electrician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems and equipment across a range of vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Diagnosing electrical and electronic faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment
·Repairing vehicle wiring, electrical systems, and components
·Tracing and rectifying complex electrical faults
·Installing bespoke electrical equipment and vehicle accessories
·Fitting parking sensors and additional electrical equipment to older vehicles
·Testing electrical systems following repairs and installations
·Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
·Accurately recording completed repairs and installations
·Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
 
About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
·NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant automotive or electrical discipline
·Previous experience as an Auto Electrician, Vehicle Electrician, Automotive Electrician, or similar
·Strong vehicle electrical diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Experience repairing vehicle wiring and electrical systems
·Experience installing aftermarket or bespoke electrical equipment
·The ability to work confidently and independently when diagnosing faults
·Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
·A practical, problem-solving approach
