Automation Business Analyst

Job Description:

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in Business Analysis, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath (including modern capabilities such as Agentic Automation, AI Center, Maestro, Document Understanding, and Orchestrator).
• Experience delivering GenAI-enabled solutions, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted business processes.
• Exposure to Agentic AI/AI Agents or autonomous workflow solutions.
• Python scripting knowledge is highly desirable for AI integrations, automation, and custom components.
• Strong experience in process discovery, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, Visio, automation opportunity assessment, and feasibility analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management with experience working directly with senior business leaders.
• Ability to gather business requirements and produce BRDs, PDDs, user stories, functional specifications, test scenarios, and UAT documentation.
• Experience managing multiple IA projects from discovery through implementation and benefits realization.
• Strong understanding of change management, user training, and solution adoption.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
