What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the full aftersales operation across service, parts and workshop
- Coaching, motivating and developing Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams
- Driving performance against targets, budgets and manufacturer KPIs
- Spotting weaknesses, fixing them and building long‑term improvements
- Ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional and consistent experience
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Aftersales Manager within a franchise dealership
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of manufacturer processes
- Confident people manager with the ability to influence and motivate
- Highly organised, methodical and able to prioritise workloads effectively
