Automotive Paint Sprayer

Main Dealer | Southwest London | £50,000–£55,000

What's on Offer

• £50,000–£55,000 earning potential
• Bonus paid on hours sold
• Monday to Friday only – 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours)
• 22 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays

The Role

You'll be responsible for the complete paint process, including:

• Vehicle preparation
• Paint application
• Polishing and finishing
• Producing high-quality repairs to manufacturer standards
• Working with premium paint systems including Glasurit and PPG

The workload is predominantly sales preparation, providing consistent, clean work with an emphasis on quality rather than rushed repairs.

About the Workshop

You'll be joining a close-knit team of eight, including three experienced paint technicians, working in a well-organised bodyshop with three paint ovens. The environment is friendly, supportive, and relaxed, with management that values its people and invests in the latest workshop equipment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years' experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer
• Ability to complete the full paint process from preparation through to polishing
• Experience working to high manufacturer standards
• Knowledge of Glasurit and/or PPG paint systems is highly desirable
• A positive attitude and pride in producing exceptional work
