- Carry out daily vehicle audits, identifying discrepancies against build specifications, CAD documentation, customer orders and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain production trackers, recording build progress, station status and any outstanding issues.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure parts are available at the correct production stations when required.
- Identify, record and communicate quality issues and non-conformances, taking ownership of escalating problems and suggesting solutions.
- Prepare and communicate daily production performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out pre-build checks to ensure production kits, customer orders and specification documentation are aligned.
- Coordinate any required rework or post-fitment activities with production operatives and workshop technicians.
- Ensure specialist components are handled correctly and appropriate quality procedures are followed throughout production.
- Monitor relevant KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and health and safety standards.
- Experience identifying, investigating and resolving quality issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical specifications and documentation.
- Good IT skills, ideally with experience of SAP, MRP or warehouse management systems.
- Strong organisational, communication and reporting skills.
- An understanding of production processes, operational performance and quality standards.
- The confidence to work with multiple departments and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
- The ability to manage priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
