Brighton Area | £30,000 Basic Salary | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with a background in the motor trade? Our client, a well-established and reputable main dealer in the Brighton area, is looking to add a highly organised and proactive individual to their busy sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional dealership offering a stable Monday to Friday role with no weekend working.

The Role:

• Providing administrative support to the sales department
• Processing vehicle orders and preparing sales documentation
• Liaising with customers, manufacturers and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with dealership procedures
• Supporting the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey from order to delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Previous motor trade Sales Administration experience is essential
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong communication and IT skills
• A positive, team-focused approach

What's on Offer:
