Automotive Service Advisor

Salary: £30,900 Basic + Bonus + Overtime
OTE: £40,000+
Full-Time | Permanent

We're currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and successful aftersales team within a well-established automotive dealership.

Working as part of a close-knit team of two Service Advisors, you'll be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm (paid at time and a half)

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for service and repair customers
• Manage bookings and workshop schedules
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Provide accurate estimates and explain completed work
• Liaise effectively with technicians and other departments
• Deliver outstanding levels of customer service
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive and professional approach
