Automotive Service Advisor

Experienced Customer Service Advisor Required

Whats on offer to Service Advisors:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Saturdays on a rota basis
• Hourly rate from £13.69 per hour plus bonus

Key Tasks of a Service Advisor:

• Meeting and greeting customers to a 5* customer service.
• Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
• Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for the time that the customer requested.
• Keeping the customer updated throughout the time the car is with us.
• Managing service bookings walk-ins and recoveries.
• Keeping updated with product knowledge.
• Creating job packs and other admin duties.
• Invoicing customers and taking payments.

Requirement of a Service Advisor

• 3+ years of Automotive Customer Service Advisor experience required as a minimum
• Must have full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
• Experience in up selling products is beneficial but not essential
• Must have a excellent understanding ot Microsoft and Outlook packages
• Customer skills must be to a high standard and able to deal and manage difficult situations when requied
