We have taken on an Automotive Service Advisor role in the Dorchester Area for a very successful Premium Dealership Group. The lifespan of this dealership goes well over 50 years; a household name brand, with a very loyal / repeat customer base. This is a very active site, which means high up-sell potential and strong team bonuses too.
Here are a few pointers: -
- Bonus up to £1000 extra per month + quarterly CSI bonuses totalling over £36,000
- Accreditation and career development - one fact about the Group is the majority of their managers progress frequently from within, so you will be given training for growth through their training academy.
- Multi-faceted team and personalities – great working environment at a high pace, if you enjoy the activity this is worth a look.
Requirements?
- A driving licence
- The ability to deal with a million-and-one admin tasks, whilst making phone calls updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade that involves some level of suggestive selling techniques.
