I'm currently looking for an AV Engineer to join an established AV team, installing and supporting a range of professional AV solutions across customer sites.

The role will involve travelling to client locations to carry out installations, working to agreed SLAs and ensuring a high standard of workmanship and professionalism. You'll be installing equipment including screens, projectors and LED displays, alongside associated AV and signal distribution technologies.

You'll also be expected to support and share your knowledge with Trainee AV Engineers, working closely with the Operations, Technical and Project Management teams to ensure installations are completed successfully.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in an AV installation or engineering role.
• Experience installing screens, projectors and other professional AV equipment.
• Good understanding of audio, video and signal transmission, including HDBaseT.
• Knowledge of digital signage, networking and IP-based technologies.
• Experience working to SLAs and maintaining high standards of work.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK and overseas.

You'll need to be comfortable working independently on site, communicating with customers and providing clear installation reports, including photographs and relevant job details.
