Location: Bath (BA1)
Hours: 45 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Shift: 5:00pm - 2:00am
Pay: £15.70 (depending on experience)

We're looking for enthusiastic and skilled Bakers to join a busy artisan bakery in Bath. If you have a passion for producing high-quality breads and baked goods and enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
·Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of artisan breads and bakery products.
·Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality.
·Monitor dough development and baking processes.
·Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
·Work efficiently to meet production targets.
·Support colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day bakery operations.
·Help maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues.

·Previous bakery or food production experience is preferred.
