Bank Staff - Nursery Practitioner  Level 2 / 3 

Location: West Malling

Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

Contract:: Temporary, Full-time, Part-time, Temp to Permanent 

Are you passionate about early years education and looking for flexible work in nurseries?

We’re looking for Qualified Nursery Nurse / Practitioner / Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years) to join our bank staff team located in West Malling, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children’s play, learning, and development
• Assisting with routines such as meals, toileting, and sleep time
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in nursery/early years settings
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willing to refresh)
• A passion for providing safe, engaging environments for children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
