Hays Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a long-term project with consistent hours available.

Your new role

• Guiding and directing site vehicles safely around the construction site.
• Managing deliveries and coordinating site traffic movements.
• Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained at all times.
• Assisting with site access and egress procedures.
• Communicating effectively with plant operators, drivers, and site management.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Supporting general site operations when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman Card.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience working as a Banksman/Traffic Marshal on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures
