Location - Croydon Retail Park
Duration - 10-Week Project
Immediate - Start Available

We are currently recruiting for a Banksman / Labourer to join a busy groundworks project at Croydon Retail Park, where a brownfield site is being redeveloped into a new car park for a well-known global brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who is happy to take on both banksman and labouring duties as required.

Duties Will Include:

• Managing the site entrance and ensuring the gate remains secure and closed at all times
• Controlling and directing site traffic safely in and out of the project
• Assisting with deliveries and vehicle movements
• Moving and repositioning barriers as required
• Supporting the site team with general labouring duties
• Working alongside the site labourer for approximately 50% of your time
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Banksman, Traffic Marshal, or Labourer
• Willingness to undertake labouring duties when required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Professional manner and good communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with contractors, visitors, and most importantly, the client
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Valid CSCS Card preferred
• Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification advantageous
