Banksman

On behalf of our Client, we are seeking motivated and safety-conscious Banksmen to support an upcoming oil & gas project at their facility in Easter Ross. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment.
Role Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 54 hrs per week
- Start date: August/ September 2026
- Duration: Spring 2027
- PAYE contract with premium OT rates pad after first 38hrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely direct and guide vehicle and plant movements on site
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and plant operators
- Support general site activities as required
Requirements:
- Valid Banksman certification
- Health and safety focused with a strong commitment to safe working practices
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role (engineering, industrial or construction environments)
