Experienced Barista – Immediate Start

Location:Weybridge 
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
Pay: £13.79 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Parking: Free parking available

We are looking for a confident and experienced Barista to join our team on an ongoing, Monday–Friday basis.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving fresh coffees from 7:00am.
  • Working independently and providing excellent customer service.
  • Taking cashless payments.
  • Keeping the free coffee vending area fully stocked.
  • From 11:00am, preparing coffees alongside the deli bar.
  • Managing busy service periods, particularly Tuesday–Thursday, when daily sales can reach up to £800.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous barista experience.
  • Is confident working independently.
  • Has excellent customer service skills.
  • Is reliable, organised and able to work at pace.
  • Ideally has Bartlett Mitchell Barista training.

If you don’t have Bartlett Mitchell Barista training, don’t worry — you will have the opportunity to shadow an experienced team member and receive training.

Requirements

  • All-black uniform.
  • Safety shoes required.
  • Previous barista experience essential.
