Bartender

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join a refined hotel in London, looking after guests in the lounge bar while supporting restaurant service when needed.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with high-end service experience who enjoys guest interaction, confident drink recommendations, and polished standards in a premium setting. Strong cocktail and wine knowledge will be a real advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests into the lounge bar with warm, professional service
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages accurately and promptly
• Provide knowledgeable drink recommendations and keep up to date with drinks trends
• Support restaurant service during busy periods
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, tidy, and well presented throughout service
• Complete opening and closing duties to support smooth daily operations
• Take cash and card payments accurately
• Follow hotel licensing, health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest queries or complaints professionally, escalating when needed

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury restaurant, bar, private members' club, or 5-star environment
• Cocktail and wine knowledge, with confidence making recommendations
• A polished, guest-focused approach and strong attention to detail
• Experience in rosette, Michelin, or high-end restaurant service would be a real advantage
• A calm, organised approach during busy service
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• The right to work in the UK
