About the Role 

We are seeking skilled and reliable Bathroom Fitters to join our team, delivering high-quality bathroom installations across the Worcestershire region. In this role, you will work directly on domestic social housing properties. 

You will be responsible for transforming outdated bathrooms into modern, safe, and functional spaces for residents. This is a fast-paced role requiring a multi-skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and delivers excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Full Installations: Fit complete bathroom suites, including baths, showers, basins, and toilets, ensuring a high-end finish. 

• Multi-Trade Tasks: Perform basic plumbing, wall tiling, minor plastering, and carpentry work associated with bathroom fitting. 

• Social Housing Upgrades: Execute routine property upgrades and responsive maintenance within occupied and void domestic properties. 

• Resident Care: Work respectfully in tenants' homes, minimizing disruption and maintaining clean, safe working environments. 

• Compliance: Ensure all installations adhere strictly to current health, safety, and building regulations.  

Requirements & Qualifications 

• Experience: Proven track record in domestic bathroom fitting, ideally within the social housing or local authority sector. 

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, Carpentry, or an equivalent multi-skilled trade qualification is highly desirable. 

• Skills: Strong competencies in plumbing, tiling, and general secondary trades. 

• Driving Licence: Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential for operating the company vehicle). 

• Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high customer service standards.
