Bathroom Fitter (social Housing)

Your New Company

Our client is a well-established social housing contractor providing planned works, refurbishment and maintenance services across the region. Due to continued contract wins and increasing workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your New Role

As a Bathroom Fitter, you will carry out full bathroom installations and refurbishments within both occupied and void social housing properties. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work while ensuring minimal disruption to residents and maintaining excellent health and safety standards.Key responsibilities include:

• Full strip-out and installation of bathrooms
• Fitting baths, showers, toilets, basins and associated fixtures
• Wall boarding, tiling and finishing works
• Basic plumbing and multi-skilled repairs associated with bathroom installations
• Working within occupied and vacant social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service when working in residents' homes

What You Need to Do NowTo be considered for this position, you will need:

• Proven experience fitting bathrooms within domestic properties
• Experience working on social housing refurbishment or maintenance contracts
• Strong knowledge of plumbing fixtures and bathroom installation processes
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant qualifications in plumbing or a related trade (desirable)
• CSCS card (preferred)
