Bathroom Fitter - Social Housing

Location: Birmingham
Rate: £200-£220 per day

Think Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Bathroom Fitter to complete bathroom installations within social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Bathroom Fitter, your duties will include:

• Remove existing bathroom suites and prepare rooms for installation.

• Install baths, toilets, basins, showers and associated fittings.

• Complete plumbing connections, waste pipework and checks for leaks.

• Undertake associated tiling, sealing and making-good work.

• Coordinate with other trades and complete snagging.

• Work considerately in residents' homes and maintain safe, tidy work areas.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Bathroom Fitter position, you will need:

• Previous experience completing bathroom installations.

• Strong plumbing and associated fitting skills.

• A valid Blue CSCS Card.

• Own transport.

• Good customer service skills; social housing experience is desirable.
