This role is about far more than behaviour management. It's about understanding the reasons behind behaviour, creating trust and helping pupils re-engage with learning in a safe and supportive environment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience supporting pupils with behavioural or additional learning needs.
• Remains calm under pressure.
• Builds trust quickly.
• Holds an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
• Two recent professional references.
