Bench Hand Joiners (x3) – Warehouse Based – £35,000–£40,000 DOE

We are recruiting three experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join a growing manufacturing team working on high‑end bespoke fabrication projects. This is a warehouse‑based role — no CSCS required.

The Role

You will be working as part of a skilled workshop team to produce high‑quality, bespoke joinery items including:

  • Bars

  • Chairs

  • Kitchens

  • Bespoke furniture and fittings

All work must be completed to a premium, high‑end finish.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous bench joinery experience is essential

  • Strong ability to work from drawings and specifications

  • Skilled in fabrication, assembly and finishing

  • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

  • Ability to work independently within a workshop environment
