A leading bespoke joinery manufacturer, delivering high-end architectural joinery, custom cabinetry and premium interior and exterior installations. Exceptional craftsmanship, precision and quality. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting commercial, residential and retail projects, they are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will manufacture bespoke joinery products to the highest standards, working from detailed technical and architectural drawings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting production and architectural drawings.

• Setting out, cutting, shaping and assembling bespoke joinery.

• Manufacturing high-end kitchens, reception desks, wall panelling, furniture and specialist joinery.

• Operating workshop machinery safely and efficiently.

• Working closely with the design and project management teams.

• Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

• Ensuring all completed work meets company specifications before leaving the bench.

Ideally, you will have:

• A minimum of 3-5 years' bench joinery experience within a bespoke manufacturing environment.

• The ability to confidently read and manufacture from technical and architectural drawings.

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Your own comprehensive set of hand tools.

• NVQ Level 3 in Bench Joinery (preferred but not essential).

• CSCS Card.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
