About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist fit-out manufacturer in Basildon producing high-end bespoke joinery for prestigious commercial interiors across London. Working in a modern, fully equipped workshop, you will join a skilled team delivering top-tier craftsmanship from technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery for commercial fit-outs

• Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans

• Safely operate woodworking machinery (panel saws, planer/thicknessers)

• Produce shaped and profiled timber components

• Prepare completed work for Spray Shop and Quality Control

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Cabinet Maker, or Workshop Joiner

• Time-served apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent

• Ability to work independently from technical drawings

• Attention to detail and passion for high-quality craftsmanship
