Benefits and Pensions Consultant

Working within a collaborative and visible Reward function, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of pensions and benefits across the UK and Europe. This is a broad and varied position, offering exposure to both day-to-day operations and wider strategic initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop theirexpertise within pensions, benefits and financial wellbeing.


You'll take ownership of pension-related activity across the organisation's Defined Contribution arrangements, managing provider relationships, supporting governance processes and ensuring the smooth delivery of pension administration. Alongside this, you'll contribute to a wider portfolio of benefits including health, protection and wellbeing programmes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver apositive employee experience.


You will have experience within pensions, benefits, or total rewards and a good understanding of Defined Contribution pension schemes, including areas such as auto-enrolment, governance and retirement options. Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills are essential, alongside a genuine interest in building a career within pensions and benefits.
