Location: Rainham

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time - 40 hours (Monday to Friday)

Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions is hiring for a highly organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to join their growing Building Solutions team in Rainham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative bid team where you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality submissions across a variety of projects. Whether you already have bid coordination experience or are looking to develop your career in bids, this role offers excellent exposure and progression.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid submission process
  • Manage and maintain bid documentation and timelines
  • Support the preparation and formatting of bid responses
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across pre-construction and operational teams
  • Ensure submissions are completed to a high standard and within deadlines
  • Provide general administrative support to the bid team

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience in bid coordination or an understanding of the bid/submission process
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
