Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time - 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions is hiring for a highly organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to join their growing Building Solutions team in Rainham.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end bid submission process
- Manage and maintain bid documentation and timelines
- Support the preparation and formatting of bid responses
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across pre-construction and operational teams
- Ensure submissions are completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Provide general administrative support to the bid team
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Experience in bid coordination or an understanding of the bid/submission process
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
