An established, employee-owned multidisciplinary design practice is looking for an organised and proactive Bid Co-ordinator to join their Bristol or Plymouth team.
The successful Bid Co-ordinator will support the full bid process across a range of public and private sector opportunities, helping to secure high-profile and nationally significant projects.
The Bid Co-ordinator Role
Working alongside a Senior Bid Co-ordinator, you will support the end-to-end bid process, including:
- Reviewing contract notices and bid portals and distributing relevant opportunities
- Coordinating go / no-go processes for new opportunities
- Managing bid programmes, deadlines, clarifications and document control
- Supporting the development of win themes, key messages and differentiators
- Coordinating input from technical teams, business support functions and sub-consultants
- Assisting with commercial content to ensure scope, services and project stages are accurately reflected
- Contributing to written bid responses and the presentation of submissions
- Formatting documents using InDesign
- Maintaining bid resources, including case studies, CVs and lessons learned
- Arranging post-bid feedback and review sessions
- Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience within architecture, construction, consultancy or the wider built environment would also be beneficial, as would APMP Foundation knowledge or similar bid management awareness.
