Key responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of financial bids and proposals.
- Gather and collate information from different teams.
- Analyse and update data using Excel (including Pivot Tables).
- Review information for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Provide general administrative and financial support to the team.
- Use SAP and other internal systems (training can be provided).
- Has strong administration or finance support experience.
- Is confident working with numbers and large spreadsheets.
- Has good Excel skills (Pivot Tables preferred).
- Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Is able to prioritise a busy workload and adapt to changing priorities.
- SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
