- As Bid Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new business by leading the end-to-end bid process. From identifying opportunities to submitting compelling, high-quality proposals, you'll bring together stakeholders from across the business to deliver winning submissions that make a real commercial difference.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing full bid lifecycles from opportunity through to submission.
- Coordinating and producing high-quality PQQs, ITTs and tender responses.
- Leading bid planning meetings and manage contributions from technical and commercial teams.
- Maintaining and develop the bid library, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and effective.
- Monitoring bid performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide meaningful reporting.

About You
- An organised, commercially minded Bid Manager with experience of managing complex tenders from start to finish.
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines with confidence.
- Experience of PQQs, ITTs and formal procurement processes
- APMP membership (or a desire to achieve it) would also be advantageous.
