You'll lead complex tender submissions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in securing projects that shape communities, infrastructure and the UK's future.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading major bid and tender submissions
• Coordinating operational, commercial and technical teams
• Developing compelling win strategies
• Managing framework and competitive tender opportunities
• Creating high-quality, client-focused submissions
• Driving continuous improvement across the bid process
