Bid / Sales Support Manager

A Sales / Bid Support Manager with experience across Defence technology products will support bid management, CRM Governance, sales operations support and proposal coordination for a growing High-Tech Company.  

The successful Sales/ Bid Support Manager will manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of bids from opportunity qualification through to proposal submission, contract acceptance and handover into delivery.

Requirements for the Bid /Sales Support Manager should include:

• Proven experience of Sales or Bid Support within a Defence or similar Technology environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Understanding of government frameworks, customer procurement and Defence platforms.
• Good appreciation of Finance and Legal aspects of the bid process.
• Experience of Contract negotiation support and ability to support successful transition from proposal acceptance to project execution.
