£30k plus bonuses Our client is an innovative tender and bid writing platform designed to help organisations win public sector contracts more efficiently. We combine deep sector expertise with streamline the bidding process, improve win rates, and reduce administrative burden. We work extensively across healthcare, social care, supported living, and public sector services, supporting providers to secure high-value contracts. The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Bid Writer for our bid writing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses across the healthcare, social care and wider public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Planning, writing, editing and submission of PQQs, ITTs, DPS applications and framework tenders.
- Review tender responses to ensure they are persuasive, accurate, compliant and aligned with evaluation criteria.
- Manage multiple tender deadlines, monitor progress and address risks, delays or missing information.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather technical, operational, financial and commercial information.
- Review tender outcomes and evaluator feedback to improve team performance, bid quality and win rates.
- At least 3 years experience as a Bid Writer
- Strong understanding of UK public sector procurement, including ITTs, frameworks and DPS applications.
- Excellent written English, editing, proofreading and quality assurance skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Experience preparing healthcare, social care or other public sector tenders.
- Knowledge of CQC, Ofsted and care sector regulations.
- Experience using procurement portals such as Atamis, Proactis, In-Tend or The Chest.
- Familiarity with AI tools, bid management systems or digital content libraries.
- Bachelor’s degree or a relevant bid management qualification.
