South East London | Hybrid Working
£40,000 - £45,000 + Performance Bonus
"We're looking for someone who understands Information Management and enjoys applying it in real projects, not just writing about it."
I am working with a dynamic and growing BIM & Information Management consultancy delivering structured, high-quality digital, coordination and information management services across multiple sectors.
Their focus is on providing clear, consistent Information Management aligned to ISO 19650 principles, supporting both effective project delivery and long-term value for clients.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level BIM Coordinator who can bridge Information Management and project delivery, ensuring standards are applied practically and effectively across live projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on position combining BIM Coordination, Information Management and project delivery.
You will play a key role in ensuring project information is structured, consistent and aligned across multiple projects, while supporting BIM coordination activities and working directly with both internal teams and clients.
This role is about making Information Management work in practice, not simply defining processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply Information Management processes aligned with ISO 19650
- Support BIM Execution Plan (BEP) implementation across projects
- Structure and manage Common Data Environments (CDE)
- Ensure naming conventions and information standards are followed
- Support and lead BIM coordination activities
- Facilitate model federation workshops
- Carry out clash detection and coordination reviews
- Extract, analyse and present project data
- Resolve coordination and information management issues proactively
- Maintain consistency across project deliverables
- Communicate effectively with project teams and clients
What We're Looking For
- Previous BIM Coordination experience
- Experience facilitating model federation workshops
- Clash detection and model review experience
- Experience extracting and presenting project data
- Client-facing and project-facing experience
- Understanding of Information Management principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working within a small and growing consultancy environment
- Desire to develop into a broader Information Management professional over time
What Success Looks Like
- Information is structured and consistent across projects
- CDE workflows are clear, efficient and well-managed
- Teams adopt standards with minimal friction
- Coordination issues are identified and resolved early
- Project information is reliable, accessible and compliant
- Projects are delivered smoothly with minimal escalation
Compensation & Growth
- £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus linked to company and project outcomes
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Clear progression opportunities
- Opportunity to grow into a wider Information Management leadership position as the business expands
