Are you a BIM Coordinator with Revit experience looking to join an established architectural practice where you can play a key part in an expanding team, develop your BIM career and progress into senior roles?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role supporting the practice and the BIM Lead, with training provided as required and internal routes into Senior BIM and BIM Lead positions as the business continues to grow.

You will coordinate compliant 3D Revit models and manage project information across all project stages, improving efficiency through best-practice processes and supporting continuous development of digital workflows.

This well-established practice has built a strong reputation across a variety of industries. As a result of continued success and new project wins, they are now looking to add to their digital delivery capability.

This role suits a BIM Coordinator looking to take ownership of BIM delivery, develop their technical skillset and progress into a senior position within a respected practice.

The Role:

• Support the BIM Lead, coordinate compliant 3D Revit models and manage project information
• Drive best-practice processes to improve efficiency and project performance
• Hybrid working

The Person:

• BIM Coordinator / BIM Technician / Revit Technician background
• Revit experience with an architectural or construction background
• Looking for long-term development and progression into senior BIM roles
