BIM Designer

As BIM Designer, you will be responsible for producing coordinated design solutions and construction details across a range of roofing, cladding and façade projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing detailed Revit BIM models and technical drawings
• Developing practical, buildable design solutions
• Coordinating designs with architects, consultants and subcontractors
• Identifying and resolving design clashes
• Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and project specifications
• Managing design documentation and revisions
• Supporting project teams throughout the delivery process
• Attending design meetings and occasional site visits

• Previous experience within roofing, cladding, façade or building envelope design
• Strong Revit and BIM capability
• Good understanding of construction detailing and buildability
• Ability to coordinate multiple design packages
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
